We read every message. Non-urgent inquiries usually receive a reply within three business days.

Corrections and factual disputes

If you find a factual error, an incorrect attribution, or misleading framing on any page, please let us know so we can review and fix it. Include the page URL and a short description of the issue. When available, include a link to a source we can reference.

Email corrections to [email protected], or [email protected] if the corrections address is unavailable.

Response targets:

• High-stakes factual errors (safety, medical, financial, legal topics) — we aim to acknowledge within 24 hours and correct within 48 hours.
• Attribution or source-linking errors — acknowledged within two business days, corrected on the next editorial pass.
• Style, framing, or interpretation concerns — reviewed within five business days.

When we make a substantive correction, we note the revision date on the affected page.

Takedown and DMCA requests

GlyphSignal aggregates from public data sources (Wikipedia, Reddit, YouTube, GitHub, Hacker News, Google Trends, public market feeds) and links back to the original source. If you believe content on our site infringes your rights, email [email protected] with:

• The exact page URL on glyphsignal.com
• A description of the content in question
• Identification of the allegedly infringed work and why you hold rights to it
• Your contact information

We review takedown requests within two business days. Valid requests are actioned immediately; we will follow up in writing either way.

Privacy requests

For requests related to your personal data — including newsletter unsubscription, data export, or deletion requests under GDPR, CCPA, or similar frameworks — email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy request".

We process privacy requests within 30 days. Most requests are handled within a week.

Business and press

For partnership inquiries, data licensing questions, press interviews, or advertising questions beyond what is covered in our advertising disclosure, email [email protected] with "Business" or "Press" in the subject line.

Security disclosures

If you discover a security vulnerability affecting GlyphSignal, please disclose it responsibly by emailing [email protected]. Include a description of the issue, reproduction steps if possible, and how we can reach you. We do not currently run a bug bounty programme, but we acknowledge valid reports and credit reporters who request credit.
