한덕수(韓悳洙, 1949년 6월 18일~)는 대한민국의 공무원으로, 제38·48대 국무총리를 지냈다. 본관은 청주이며 전북 전주 출신이다. 비상계엄으로 인하여 내란특검에 의해 내란방조로 불구속 기소되어 내란 중요 임무 종사자로 1심에서 징역 23년을 선고받고 법정구속되었다.
