《我是歌手》第四季，是中國大陸湖南衛視於2016年第一季度播出的週五後晚間檔音樂類實境秀節目，也是2016湖南衛視節目巡禮重點推介的一檔節目，接檔節目《全員加速中》。節目由《我是歌手》系列節目製作人洪濤打造，音樂總監為香港資深音樂人梁翘柏，首期節目於2016年1月7日在湖南長沙HBS廣電中心錄製，並於2016年1月15日首播。
